I hv purchased a polo club watch from snapdeal online shopping portal and my wife has recieved on 11th July’12 as that time i was out of town, when i reached on 13th and opened the packet the watch glass was detached, I asked snapdeal to either reverse pick or excange watch but they are saying that i rcved watch on 7th and would have returned that on 9th. I m feeling cheated. So, Plz help me in getting refund.
