My KDK Software is not working since last week. Firstly i had called to my sales representative Mr. R P Pandey (+91-9835279179) on 23-03-2013 for the issue to get resolved. He asked me to call at KDK Company number (014133121345). I called the company on 23rd March the company provided me with request id no. (DF1B73C4) & (78D8B79F) and was said that within 30 mins our technical person will help you out to short the query but today is 26-03-2013 but the 30 mins has not passed since 23-03-2013 902:53 pm). My work is being hampered due to non working of software. As its the closing of financial year i am not able to file the returns of the client. When i called today again the customer support representative had given a very badly/rudly response. She said she cant do anything for my problem. I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve it at earliest.
