Softness of mattress

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jammu&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Nidra</p>Within two months mattress has soften. The company says that softness is not come in warrantee. They are cheated on us. So please accept my complaint sir.
