Sofa Set Dammage with in Warrenty but S M Furniture not Accepting the warrenty

Hello Team,
My Self Srinivas Kumar and saying at Hebbal Bangalore I purchased a Sofa Set on 21/12/2009 in S M Furniture store at Banasawadi – within 50 days sofa leather damaged, so that I have given complaint to the Sales person of the S M Furniture Kaleem and his manager Raj.
So that they ask me to pay 3000 extra for other synthetic type sofa and Raj has written on bill 3 years warranty for synthetic fabric on 11th March 2010.
And i found recently again the Leather getting damaged and warranty still active for further 7 more months and S M Furniture store people blaming the old employees (Kaleem and Raj) and they are no more working with us – So you need to pay the repair fee 80% and Store people will be bare 20% – I said still warranty is there why should I pay and I warn them I’ll give a complaint – they least bothering about the complaint.
So please look into this and do the needful ASAP – I have S M Store bills and Credit Card swiping slips with me.
