Snapdeal not responding after delivering a damaged product….

SNAPDEAl Which provide TrustPay protects customers with a 100% moneyback guarantee if there is an issue with product quality, size or delivery…
all false statements….
when you call their all center all rude people …and cut the phone…
when you call the again to escalate the matter the provide a icing on the cake…..
please look into this what can be done….

complain no :4809509….
the product received is damaged.
the socket pin itself is damaged.
request you to please initiate the refund for the same.
i shop so many time from snapdeal but i have never received such bad product delivery delay with damaged product.
Would like to initiate a SD cash refund for the same.
please find the pic attached for the same.

    They are doing the same to me. I received a faulty PS3 and complained about it. The complaint no. is 4964171. They sent a mail saying they will call me regarding the complaint. It has been more than a week now and they have not call me or mail me anything. Everyday i’m calling up the customer care and every day they will say they transfer the complaint to the concerned department and they will revert back to me.

    I thinking now Snapdeal is a very bad company which is deluding customers through its fake “Trustpay” scheme. We should organize a campaign to let other online shoppers know what Snapdeal really is and how it treat its customers.

    I used to believe in online shopping but after this incident, Snapdeal has completely ruin my good experience so far. They are unhelpful and cheating customers.
