i had ordered syska h15 Bluetooth earphone. it was a detective piece and i returned it and asked for refund and i have not got my refund till now .it had been 15 days

In the month of December 2017 I went to ATM of United Bank of India at Howrah Maidan branch but showing the message in ATM machine I did not received the money though the money has been deducted. I had tried to withdraw( 8000/-) 2 times but both try bec ame failure . I had contact both bank Unitead Bank of India and UCO bank because my ATM card origanally related with UCO bank. But unfortunately I am very regret to inform you with grave concern due to the inhuman attitude of the bank employee I became frustrated and I am now spending my days with non sleeping nights.
