I bought one mobile from Snapdeal and received it on 11th February.Snapdeal claim their customers are secure under trustpay which is nothing but fraud.
Mobile’s camera is faulty and I raised complain on 16th and I was suppose to receive response within 48 hours.But yet,no response,no resolution and customer care is asking to wait again and again.
Please help
