Snapdeal.com product in warranty period and they are not providing any support

Hi, I have purchased “Moelissa Usb 2.0 To Db9 Serial Rs232 Cable 9-Pin” from snapdeal.com with 3 months limited warranty. After 7 days it was not working. When I have complained on “[email protected]” then they provide me complain number 13724138. After that they didn’t respond my any question. They are not replying anymore. What should I do?? Today 10 days are finished after my complain.
