Snapdeal is Cheating Customers

Respected Sir,
I ordered a corsair 8gb ddr3 ram order id- 14492466278 for RS 5000 . As the ram was not working on my laptop so I asked for a refund. Misfortunately, during the reverese pickup of the order instead of jv express courier the order was picked up by pickingo courier. I fall in a confusion because the courier people never call from one number. So you can also check that I ordered a steel series mousepad call of duty edition which I have cancelled later on. This was to be delivered by pickingo but I canceled the order long before and it was never even receieved. So my corsair ram fell into wrong courier service.I have sent the receipts and the customer cares keep fooling me that my order is being traced. It’ s such a shame that this so wanna be site cannot provide refunds to customers and cannot trace an order. Even I was said I will receive a call from finance department in 2 hrs by which they kept fooling me for last 15 days. What sort of rubbish ethics this company teaches their staffs. The customer care doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. Bought a lot of things from this website but this time they cheated me and stole my money. The trustpay policy is a fraud to cheat customers. I have even gone through various blogs and found that snapdeal is Cheating it’s customers regarding refunds. Hopeless but feel you can resolve my issue.
Please provide me a refund.
