Snapdeal is Cheating by creating fake orders holding customers money for long time.

I have placed the order for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Black)

Order Details : I paid the money for this product through credit card
Order No. : 4919584834 Order Placed On : 2015-02-13 10:45:31
I have planned to gift it for my wife for Valentince day i was promised her to give the gift to her.

I trusted snapdeal so blindly and waiting for the product.the very Next day of placing the order they canceled the product with out any reason.

I have called them and ask them they said seller canceled the product for some reason.

then i realized that snapdeal cheated me.

How come snapdeal cancle the order which is already paid item.

This is not only for me there are few more other people they did like this for the same item.

Hence please file a case about this and we need the device we don’t want any compensation for it.

They are keeping fake items after getting the orders for those items they may be showing the profits by showing the fake orders and the customers money in their account.

I had placed an order on 30/11 of Nc 35 Studio Fix Power plus foundation compact 15 gm each×30 for 2. I had received order on 6/12 but inside I had found Mac loose power whitening two way cake 26 gm and that also one only. I had returned products on 7/12 but now the message Come that 405 would be refunded u. We want full transition as soon as possible. My Order I’d 20492601828. I have attached the bill details and the photo of the thing I got. I have also attached the slip given by your person.
Kindly refund us 810 rs and do the need full things.
I had mail many time but no response from your side
