Snapdeal cheated me and gave me used old item

I had purchased aquagrand water purifier. Which order no. is 11981729718 dated 05th march 2016. I found this item is used and its parts are old. It was also not working in electicity. Water leaks in whole body. In 08th march 2016, i contact there customer care. They said me that item will be picked up in 1 to 2 days. Today it is over than 1 month niether they picked up the item nor refund me. I contacted them 15 time. But they only said it will be picked up in 1 to 2 days. So please do needful angainst snapdeal and help me. I am now tired with snapdeal.
