Snapdeal chating

I bought a phone over one and a half month ago, snapdeal promised to give coupons of Rs. 2000 for snapdeal products and coupons of Rs. 200 for freecharge recharge within 3-5 days of the receipt of the product. Which I have not received till now. Even after repeatedly contacting them asking for the “freebies” they have been since then giving completely ignorant answers after asking. They have not showed courtesy to even contact me or let me know on their own regarding the issue and even after asking a several times they give the same copy & paste answer. Feels so irritated being fraudulent like this from such a company.
