I had purchased indulekha hair oil pack of 3 from snapdeal order no 24860360286 10 days back,on receiving it I just checked number of packs inside the parcel and opened first bottle only 2 days back to know that it’s was not original it smelt horrid ,colour and consistency of oil was different(cos I have been using it since one and half year),first thing I did was to call up snapdeal but as I could not get the line thru I wrote a mail and I wrote how I was cheated by the seller (SHIV FASHIONS)in the review , which was not published…next morning I got a call from snapdeal saying that I was out of return window and nothing can be done and on asking why my reviews was not published he said it will be published shortly.after that he said as a compensation he would be giving me rs200 as promo coupen…even after 3 day neither my review was published nor promo coupen was sent(any way it won’t be of any use to me I I have decided I will never buy from snapdeal again)
The way these people are protecting the corrupt vendor i feel they are hand and glove with such 3 rate…
Ok i can not return because of policy matter is pretty understandable…what action they have taken against the con vendor…Why my bitter experience and the negative review about the seller not published…is it just enough to say “sorry” to your aggrieved costumers should have brought stuff trusting you(snapdeal not the vendor)..do you think that your responsibility towards costumer ends with a sorry..
After I wrote this in above forum there costumer Care called me as said I hope the issue is solved as we would be sending rs200 promo coupen…but they don’t have any answer for why my review is not published,Why that 3d rate seller is blatantly selling his duplicate products till this day
