Respected Sir/Madam,
On 9.7.2012 when I was returning from Haridwar to Allahabad (after Holy Darshan from Haridwar & Rishikesh) by Link Express (11414) alongwith my family consisting five members in Coach No.S9 birth no.65, 66, 67, 68 & 70, my Vanity bag has been snached away at Aligarh Rly station at about 11 PM. As the train left Aligarh, I shouted, then one GRP was coming to the spot, but not any action, he says “every days are the same problem in Aligarh Station, what I can do?” I could not lodge the claim at Aligarh station and immediately on my arrival at Allahabad Rly. Station on 10.7.2012, what is the safety of railway traveling? I have lodged a complaint before the GRP office camping at the station itself. The vanity bag contain following goods:
(i) Two mobile phones Nokia having sim no.9005068993 & 9936515670;
(ii) Titan Gents watch
(iii) another small purse containing Cash of Rs.5,500 (in the denomination of 5 Nos. 1000 + 1 No.Rs.500)
(iv) Pan Card
(v) one folding umberlla
(vi) one chain (not gold)
(vii) two Railway tickets (Allabad to Haridwar on 5.7.2012 and Haridwar to Allahbad 9.7.2012)
(viii) prasad and other articles which I have bought from Rishikesh & Haridwar alongwith its cash memos.
