SMS PACK not activated

Name of company/service: RELIANCE

sir i got a sms pack worth rs 26 recharged on 25/09/2011 at 9.58pm.i have lodged complaint two times but no response has been taken.they just mail and say 24 hours,72 hours,48 hours and my complaint is never resolved.please look into the matter.my reliance number is 9555594814.i have mailed to all appelate authority and nodal officers but of no response.my complaint number is 162961202
