I Have purchased the smart tab 2 on 3 november 2012. But after that it was hanged for four times and after that it was unable to start. also i m pressing reset button( that has no use) it also not start. Three times i have go to service centre every time they install new software. and start tablet again after 7 days same problem occurrs. Is the service from karbonn? what time i go for servicing for tab? in two months i m going for four times. defimnetly for one year it was 50 times. But what is after one year? karbonn should give lifetime service validity for this smart tab 2 or otherwise shut down there production for tablet. these peoples are cheated with customer. I have Rs. 7000/- Loss due to this. What i do again go to service centre. I m expecting reply from karbonn. I want to get new replacement tablet from karbonn.
