SMART PHONE MOTHER BOARD WAS BROKEN.

I bought my smart phone (Moto X play ) during oct2015. The cost of the mobile was around 18499/-.The screen of the phone broke because of some reasons and i gave the phone in the New Anand Mobiles on March 29th 2016 which provides mobile service at Hardy complex,MG road,Sec’bad. While fitting the screen, the technician broke the mother board of my phone which costs around 80% of the cost of the mobile phone. Now, the phone doesnt receive any wifi signal nor recognise any wifi or hot spot. When asked to pay for that, the shop owner doesnt respond and they ask for more time to repair that. Its been 2months given to them and no response from them. The Wifi is a very serious need now-a-days with increasing data charges. I tried my best to negotiate them. but nothing is working. It is 2 months i am having this issue not having Wifi. Please help me resolve this issue.
