I purchased a Hero Honda Glamour , colour-B/p from above mentioned shop on 07/05/2011, manual no-4556 and key no-1326.The total cost Rs 60514 including providing Smart Card processing cost Rs 700 but till now I cant get my Smart Card. I call 50-60 times on Show room & went there 15-16 times even my old father also went there 10-12 times but the never gave proper solution every time they refer to another desk and there behavior was not good they harass all time.It is a very problem to driving car without Smart Card I faced problem several time,I also fined by kolkata police 2-3 times for this reason. Sir please please please… give me a proper solution.I am a service Holder its not easy for me, absent from my office 5-6 times.I completely fade up so lodge a complaint to your portal for fruitful solution.Sir “How can it possible a person purchase a car but one year gone he not get his Smart Card!” I completely confused..I may count upon your active co-operation. thanking you
