Hello I was using micromax A75 smart phone from last 6 months but on 12th June my phone lock was not working i went to service center they told me it will take 7 days to get the part from micromax now today is 24th June till yet the part is not received by service center. Today i have confirmed with the service center people they told me to go to consumer forum so that the part will be arranged by the company, As per them they don’t have the part, now if company don’t have the part then why they are making phones. If anybody can help me to get my phone back, please help from the worst company in india micromax.
