Slow,tardy and non-responsive Claim processing

Location/place: Bhopal

Name of company/service: Tata AIG

I have taken a Car Insurance from TATA AIG on 01 June 2012. On 11 June my car met with an accident and its front bumper was damaged. Car ( Indigo Manza- PB 03 W Temp- 6508) was repaired at Tata service center at Bhopal ( MP )om 13 June 2012. A total of 8872 was paid and a reimbursement claim was filed by the insurance agent present at service center itself. It is almost one month of the submission of the bill yet there is no confirmation from the insurance agent about the reimbursement. He doesn’t reply to the call nor any one from the TATA AIG Office at Indore ( MP) is giving any satifactory reply. Insurance policy no is:- 11643083. Pls advise what adction should i take in such situation. Awaiting your reply.
