I bought new MTS datacard on 21st June 2012. First of all an agent of MTS told me that it will be activated in next 24 hours but they took near about 48 hours. In Rs. 899 plan MTS offers 12GB data usage upto 3.1 Mbps and after 12 GB it will be 256 kbps unlimited. But what I see now, without using or downloading 12 GB data it gives me maximum 175 kbps speed. Yesterday, I meet a employee of MTS at their head office in Pune. He said that, we offer upto 3.1 mbps not exact 3.1 mbps. He told that it means from 0 kbps to 3.1 mbps. That means I am paying Rs. 899 monthly for nothing. What should I do in this condition?
