I bought a Mts Ultra Wifi modem a week ago and the speed is pathetically slow. They promised a speed of 9.1 mbps and i’m getting a maimum of 0.35 Mbps. i have complained to the customer care which is pathetic again, technician came and tried doing something and promised that speed will be increased to 1 Mbps which was a blunder. Now I have to cancel my connection and I’m waiting on call for 10 mins n HOLD………and I have to pay the regular tariff…..!!
