Location/place: Dhnabad
Name of company/service: BSNL/ Hwawei
I have lodged my complaint to the local BSNL office in Dhanbad 4-5 times but the promised speed of 153.6 Kbps seems to be a Utopian belief. Every time after my complaint,for a brief time the speed is moderately optimized and then its Slow internet tendency reappears.
What should I do for continuing speed as told (inspite of better tower connectivity[5/5 tower signals]) by the officials?
I am about to enter Engg. field and its hugely hampering my basic needs like e-mailing and all.
Please help.
My Model is 1-X Data Card By Hwawei/ BSNL.
