This is stated to inform you that myself ARNAB KHAN, a Reliance Broadnet subscriber (Subscriber ID : 263387978084, CAN No : 100119665808, located in Howrah, West Bengal) have been using Reliance Broadnet since February, 2013 and have been constantly facing slow speed problem since day one.
I have been using the 4 mbps unlimited plan (Rental Rs. 1099/- per month) from day one. As per my plan I should get a download speed of around 400 – 500 kbps (as I am using 4 mbps plan), but I always get a download speed of around 100 kbps.
I have raised the complains for the same several times, but problem never gets resolved. Everytime the problem ticket gets closed without any resolution and without notifying to me.
Please do consider this as high priority and resolve the slow speed problem as soon as possible (as I have been facing this problem for a long time).
