We recently purchased Sleepwell Mattresses(Model:Alpha Delux:serial No.12975834,12975835,12993113)from Sleepwell Gallery in Kalkaji,New Delhi, on 20/6/2012.These mattresses are so hard that they are causing severe backache.On complaining their representative visited us and merely left saying we chose the wrong mattress! We regret choosing Sleepwell which is giving us ‘Sleepless’ nights.This was least expected from the Sheela group,an ISO 9001 certified company.
