But since first month, i am facing severe problems in accessing internet. In the starting period the characteristics of the problem was , huge packet drops in the night hours around 9pm to 10.30 pm. I had complained so many time to my local cable operator as well as to the SITI customer care. But no action taken from their side. Now new problem arrived, each and every day internet service going down completely after approximately 12 am. This time also i have lodged complaint to siti customer care but they simply ignored the issue like previous case saying that its a local issue. But my local cable operator is not doing anything.
I am paying Rs. 835 per month and getting this type of service. There is no way to escalate the issue to SITI, or no contact number given of SITI higher officials. So from a common customer point of view i am helpless.
Can you escalate the issue to SITI higher authority as they are doing business here not charity.
