SITI Broadband is Cheating

Dear Sir,
Myself Dipayan Sur (9874252474),My user id is : dipayans_glx2, my account number is : A000106371, my local cable operator details are :
Name: Galaxy Address: 11SHIB CHANDRA CHATTERJEE STREET, PO-BELURMATH,PO-BALLY,HOW-711202, 711202 Mobile No:9836393349.

But since first month, i am facing severe problems in accessing internet. In the starting period the characteristics of the problem was , huge packet drops in the night hours around 9pm to 10.30 pm. I had complained so many time to my local cable operator as well as to the SITI customer care. But no action taken from their side. Now new problem arrived, each and every day internet service going down completely after approximately 12 am. This time also i have lodged complaint to siti customer care but they simply ignored the issue like previous case saying that its a local issue. But my local cable operator is not doing anything.
I am paying Rs. 835 per month and getting this type of service. There is no way to escalate the issue to SITI, or no contact number given of SITI higher officials. So from a common customer point of view i am helpless.
Can you escalate the issue to SITI higher authority as they are doing business here not charity.

    Sir/Ma’am,
    My name is Chittapriya Mandal, address- Rupnagar, Sonarpur, Kolkata-700150. User I’d- mondal2_sky.
    I’m informed that I’m using your broadband connection atlast 3 years continuously. And now 6 or 7 months I have issues with connection and speed. I have to complain 10 to 15 times in every month for no internet connection issues. And there are 3 to 5 days in every month I did not have internet connection, and local operators said every time they are working. And local operators behaviour is really bad. At this time atlast 36 to 40 hours I did not have internet connection. I have 5 mbps package but I got 500kbps download speed every time.
    I’m requesting to solve my problems as soon as possible.

    Siti Broadband Services specially the customer care executives has no manners to talk. They are so ruthless that they are even ready to sacrifice the customer over phone and accepts there request to disconnect the connection rather than providing him/her the solution. There’s no escalation process and they have so called senior department team which also talks the same language as ground level team. Even after sending mail to there support id, and after 24 hours they don’t have any update to provide and on top of that they are rude and helpless. I am completely disappointed and got a very bad experience with Siti Customer Care.
