Sir,
Myself Abdesh a member of defense force .I had purchased a Singer sovereign sewing machine from Air force canteen Invoice no.11212 dated 12 Aug 15 .
Machine is a defective Product and it broke needle very frequently,hence I file a service request on Singer toll free no. On 11 Apr 16 & complaint no. 83169.
Till then am suffering from the irresponsible attitude of Singer representative.
Plz help me out sir.
