sim without proper document

Location/place: BELGHORIA,KOLKATA

Name of company/service: MOBILE STORE

I bought a AIRCEL 3G sim (9804663660) from mobile store, located at 74,Feeder Road, Belghoria, Kolkata on April,2013 with proper. I had used it for 3 months and it expired on 12 June,2013. Yesterday i came to know that there is another sim having same number & AIRCEL customer care informed me also that 3g sim was not bought by my documents. But i had done varification after buying the sim. now the mobile refuse take any responsibility about this. I am afraid if there some crime happens with the help of my documents, I will be helpless.
