Sim Registration Failed

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular Prepaid

Sir,
I am Raju Ranjan Sinha having Idea prepaid connection, number 9708318996.
My sim has been rejected from registration without any reason. After talking to Customer care, they said that you have to take other new connection instead of this number. My contact Number is allotted to someone else.
