Name of company/service: Reliance communication, PLOT NO-6 SECTOR-III, NEHRU NAGAR , AMBEDKAR ROAD ,GHAZIABAD, UP

I have purchased a sim from Reliance company on 01/06/2013. Sim no. is 8468822235. Address verification has already done. But company has not been stated my sim. I am so troubling. Please submit complaint against Reliance company. My phone no. is 8802633538
