Hello Sir/Ma’am,
I purchased new videocon sim three days ago and till now my sim is not activated.
I am getting frusrated and not any idea for what to do now. I also approached to retailer for this but no any proper response from him. The retailer was told to call on 59059 for varification at 10PM (Monday) and I tried since 9PM but “Service Unavailable” notification is coming every time I called on 59059.
I can only see my balance but cannot use the sim services like messages, call. Every time it show error in connection. When i call on this no. from another mobile then it said that dialed no. is tempereraly not in use.
VERY POOR SERVICE FROM VIDEOCON PREPAID.
