I purchased a post paid SIM card from Tata Docomo on 17/7/2013. With the application I even gave a check of Rs 850. And as per the representative the SIM card should have been activated within 48 Hrs but still there has been no activation.
I surfed the tata docomo web site but non of the toll free numbers are working so that I can lodge a complaint.
Can you please take an immediate cognizance of the matter?
