I live in Air Force Station,sulur,Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu.I bought a new aircel sim card on 11-11-2012,i submitted all the required documents(Voter ID and a passport size phto) on the very same day.I was told that the sim will be activated within 3 days but i waiting since and the sim is still not activated.There’s no nsignal in the phone after inserting the sim card.I called the customer care office but they could not help me.I asked the retailer as well but he said he has submitted the details and everything is in Aircel’s hands.I went to aircel office in person to get it activated they said it will be activated the next day but nothing happened.I went again on the next day but then also its not activated.Please help me in activation of the sim.
