Hello Sir, I have a complain against Idea cellular.
I have purchased idea sim card. Its number is 8140364987 about 35-40 days ago. At that time I have submitted my driving license zerox and passport size photo. Before few days the company has blocked my sim card. then I called customer care around 6-7 times. Everytime they have given me different reasons for blocking my card. Then finally they told that you have not submitted any documents so we have blocked your sim card and i have to submit the documents then within 24 hours they will start my sim card. then I again submitted documents 4-5 days back but still they have not started my sim card. They say I have to submit the documents again. I already have submitted the required document twice but still they have not started my sim card.
So it is my humble request you to kindly take required action and help me.
