SIKKA Group Fraud

Sikka group has cheated me and are big time frauds.
I booked a 3 BHK flat in Sikka Kaamna greens at a price of Rs 3800 per sqft. They took the advance 10% of the payment and kept delaying the contract saying it is under process. After several calls to the customer care and emails they finally called me to sign the contract, however at a revised price of Rs 4100 per sqft. They say that i shall need to pay the current rate since the contracy wasnt signed earlier which ofcourse is their fault. When I asked them to cancel the unit they said that will attract a fine. This is absolute nonsense and looting the public. Sikka is a fraud company and the govt should immediately cancel all their projects and put them behind bars. Guys plz dont invest in this fraud company called Sikka !

    Not all Builders are Cheaters. Sikka is one of the trustworthy builder i have ever met in delhi/NCR Region. I have also booked the flat and gave the installment as well, and they said that they are trying there level best to give the flat to me possession will start within 6 months of time. So kindly contact once more to sikka in order to know more about sikka kaamna Greens
