My no is 8095237676 ported on dec11 2017 from idea to other network.
I had applied for number portability in the month of Dec 2012 as I want to switch from idea to some other service provider who are offering me better services are reasonable rates.
My sim card is also inactive and I am not able to use it.
I have registered a online complain with idea but I have not received any response on my complaints regarding the portability.
Irrespective of that I am receiving bills on regular basis even when the number is inactive.
Every time I emailed to idea customer care regarding this they just ignored my queries and just told me to pay the bill. I have not yet received any updates on my portability as well. When I asked customer care to provide me with the nodal officer number they told me they do not have the contact details
first and foremost i have the right to get the number of the nodal officer which is not being provided. Secondly none of my queries are being resolved by customer care and they are simply forcing me to pay the bill for the inactive sim. I want to settle down the issue and get the portability done.
