Short Supply of Material

Dear Sir,
I gave online order of 4 shirts and 4 pants to way2online pvt ltd. (Whaaky.com) through order no S80557626 and paid money from internet Banking of rs 1798. but they supplied me only 4 shirts cost rs 899 and short supply of pants cost rs 799. after written several mail they are not refunding my loss money Rs 799 and nor supplying me the remaining material.
I am become very hopeless.
Please look into the matter and do justice in this regard
