shopjii no delerving the product

Name of company/service: shopjii.com

i odered a mobile micromax canvas hd a116 from shopjii.com on 15/04/2013 worth Rs. 14014 through credit card transaction. I waited for two days but the website showed the product under processing..then i emailed them so that i can get some confirmation regarding the product..but no reply..then i called a phone number given on website..but it goes on voice message.

    Hello,
    Please go ahead and lodge a police complain in your local police station with all the details.
    Check with Cyber crime department in your city. They will receive a complain and contact Calcutta Cyber crime Department.

    Call me for more details.
