I have ordered some products because of very good offers.
But, they themselves decide whether do ship it or not. Below are some reasons they said me always:
1) Sometimes they say sorry the product is not available hence, we are refunding the amount, and this is happening after some days/weeks after the booking and the confirmation.
2) Sometimes, the delivery boy doesn’t call me and updates saying the customer refused to accept the product and it returns back.
3) Sometimes, they say it is delivered without my knowledge or calling me, to the wrong address. I don’t know, whether they say these reasons truly or simply to escape from delivering the products for such a low price. But these things never happened with flipkart, snapdeal or amazon. I have done so many transaction with them.
And now they have closed my case without resolving it. Please find the below email trail/conversation I had with them.
Note: I tried so many times to call their customer care but never ever connected, not even a single time even after waiting for hours on the phone wasting my time, but only able to listen their caller tune “Ting se lekar tong, ding se lekar dong, sab kuch on ShopClues.com……. ”
