Hi Consumer forum Team,
This complaint is against online shoping website shopclues.com. I purchased a headphones from shopclues.com(Order id : 13278387) and I received totally fake and duplicate product. On their website it is clearly mentioned that all the product and items are 100% genuine and original. They have also mentioned that they will accept return of the product. When I initiated return request and demand for refund they id not gave me refund and once again they sent me fake and bullshit headphones in replacement. I clearly mentioned in my request that I am looking for refund not for replacement. I tried to contact their support as well and initiated many requests but no response from them. They are big cheaters.
Can someone from consumer forum please help me?
