Shopclues is not fit to replace a product which is a fake one.

www.shopclues.com this is the worst online shopping site. don’t purchase any electronic/furniture/cloths/food items/etc… they have merchands with fake products. As I have ordered the laptop table and its not as per the description mentioned. So I wrote back for a refund of this money, as it cannot hold my laptop as its very poor quality. They will not listen customer feedback and they only piee for merchants. Here they have/sell only fake/worst items.

Below is the standard statement used by them when ever there is a return request sent by the customers.

“Thank you for contacting us with your request. However, we would like to inform you that the product which has been ordered by you is the same which has been delivered to you. The product is of standard quality. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfill your request.
