I have ordered Table Mate 2(Best Quality) with Order Id 32128043 on 03 Jan 2015, 06:40 PM. I have received a broken product. So I have filed return ID no.803247 on 24 Jan 2015. 11:13 AM. From that time, Shopclues time passed the time by saying that they will arrange a reverse pickup through Ecom Express. When I talked to Ecom Express, they said that they did not receive any information to pickup this product at my shipping address. Like this Shopclues cheated me. So please do me the helpful.
