Shoes with manufacturing defect

Hello,

I have purchased a pair of leather shoes from M/s Aero Club (Woodland Store), Shop no 34-A, Chandralok Colony, Near Kapoorthala, Aliganj, Lucknow (Reciept no. 4962 Article no.-R1G 4092Y12 ASSR 0 Amount-Rs 2095.00) on 29/11/2012 at 20.06 hrs. I had reported the issue of manufacturing defect within a week to M/s Aero Club (Woodland Store). they denied to replace that defected pair and suggested for repairing. we had a hot argument on this matter but still stick on repairing rather replacing of pair of shoes that I purchased from the same renowned company shop.
on 12/12/2012 at 19.35 hrs (slip no 220) I finally submitted the pair for repairing (which i don’t want to do initially). They told me that they will handover my shoes within 3-4 days as its a minor defect and they will intimate me over phone.
Today (after 8 days), neither I receive a call from Aero Club nor they are ready to tell the when can handover my shoes back.

Please help.
