Shoddy and disgusting Customer Support

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself, Apala Choudhuri has been your customer (id 3006250540) for the last couple of years. However, I have never been satisfied with the support provided by your CSE till date.

I would like to bring to your notice that I am utterly disgusted with the way deactivation and subsequent reinstallation request (ref no 31119291) of my account was handled by your CSE’s. I had placed a request for deactivation (from my residence at Kharghar-Navi Mumbai) and subsequent reinstallation at Mundra (Gujarat) for which the necessary charges was to be borne by me more than 48 hours (ie 13th June, 2013) prior to my departure from Mumbai. i had very firmly told your CSE that on the 15th June,2013 afternoon my truck will leave my premises for Gujarat and I wanted the packers to carry the dish tv alongwith since I had already made an advance payment for 6 months (valid till 28th Sep) However, no deactivation was done and on the 15th June also inspite of repeated calls nobody bothered to act on it….u can check the records yourself for validity. The entire conversation that I had with your CSE on 15th June is recorded on my cell and she hardly tried to resolve the issue…..it was simply PATHETIC.

On 18th June, your CSE woke up from a slumber and called me for deactivation when by then I was already in Gujarat.

Is this the way that your organisation operates? Is it the proper way to handle a customer?????? I am sure, I dont have to remind you that one single dissatisfied customer can make you lose hundreds of your other customers…

I am putting on record that I am going to Consurum Forum for such a shoddy customer support and mental agony from an organisation like Bharti Airtel who makes tall claims of world class service.

I would also like to take this opportunity to bring to your notice that inspite of paying for a 6 monthly advance rental of some Rs 1500/ (valid till 28.09.13) I am told that my account has been suspended on 20 June thru an sms. Are you in a position to provide me with a valid reason for suspension???? or is it a ploy by Bharti Airtel to extract some money from ignorant customers.
