My name is kalpesh jaiswal from Pusad has Micromax A107 on 02/05/16 have given my phone for repair as disply was not working properly. Service centre persons told me It will take 15 days for as shortage of spare parts.
On 20/05/16 I recived msg from micromax service centre executive you wil get your handset working 7 days .
After 27/5/16 when I called on 1860-500-8286 I spoke to micromax service center executive he said it will take another 7 to 10 days starting from today, this means total it will take 40 to 45 days for phone repair.
I fee this is harassment of customer. I seek an explanation from company for such delayed approach. There is no proper support as far as customer care is concern.
This fact you should tell ( advertise) to customer at the time of promotion / selling of product. You are misguiding to customers.
