A shipment was booked by First Flight courier on 28/01/2015 from Gurgaon to Gaya, Bihar. The Guaranteed delivery time was 3 days which had been already elapsed, but still now the shipment is not receive. My shipment number is “O00500099743”. When I contracted to near First Flight office They told me your shipment may be misplace so another 7 to 10 days will be taken, but that is very urgent for me. Please help me please
