Name of company/service: SHINELOGICS VELACHERY

I did SOFTWARE TESTING training in SHINELOGICS INFOTECH. I paid 25000 for placement separately.
But i didn’t get any offers and calls from company. SENTHIL is the owner of SHINELOGICS INFOTECH.
Any possibility to give complaint against him?
