I had contacted ICM PACK ‘N’ MOVERS to move my house hold articles from Bangalore to Trivandrum in the month of March 2013 and i am sorry to state that the service provided to me was pathetically bad. It took more than one week to deliver the goods to my place vide consignment no 86942 and also when the same verified some of the valuable goods were not delivered. I have been following up with the company representative Mr. Dinesh Mandal who kept on promising that the goods will be delivered in a day or two without any remorse. I have infact asked him how he can give me commitment by postponing the dates. It is more than 3 month now and still the goods are not delivered to me. As per my latest communication with the company they have told me that the same has reached Cochin and i have received this reply for the last one month and have been following up with them continuously but my issue is still not resolved. I would also request you to notify the public about this fraudulent company so that people don’t fall into the trap of this company
