Shifting of Broadband Connection

I am a user of Airtel Broadband and I am using it for more than 6 months. Few days back on 4th of April I requested for shifting my connection to a near by location. It has assured by the executive that it will hardly take 2-3 days for shifting your connection but it will take maximum 5 days. I was ready on it. On 9th of April at evening 6 pm I contacted to customer care as well as mail to Airtel that today is the last date as per assurance. I got a response that don’t worry sir till 9 pm it will be shifted. I said ok. Then I did wait till 9 pm. After that somewhere around 11 pm I again sent a mail to Airtel that no one has contacted me for shifting. They said sir due to some issue there will be a short delay. Please wait for another 24 to 48 hours. I had already lost my patience till that time cause after waiting such a long they were asking me for another 48 hours. After the completion of 48 hours. I again sent a mail and I got a response that due to some technical issues you have to wait for sometime we have highlighted your issue to our concern department and your issue will be resolved very soon. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours. From 9th April till today I sent almost 30 mails and called 30 times with the same issue and got the same response from Team Airtel that we are working on it. Your request is still under process. Soon our concern department will contact you with its resolution. Today it has been 9 days and still I am on the same page with no resolution. If this is the way to provide service to your customer by Airtel one should not go with Airtel. As its really pathetic because of Airtel I am suffering a lot. My work is suffering so much. Airtel will charge its money as per their standard in the end of month. But what about customer satisfaction. If you are not able to provide the response then say it to me clearly no need to give false assuages and commitments. Please take a serious action on it before I do some very serious action against Airtel. As its not about money it’s about fake promises made to the customer because of that he can suffer a lot.
