Sheer negligence of customer complaints

Dear Sir,

I am a Vodafone 3G net service customer since last eight months. i have bought a vodafone dongle and a connection to use it for my official purposes. Since 24th July , i am unable to get connected and have raised several complaints with Vodafone customer care and got a promise of call back from technical staff within 48 hours and didn’t get any call back. visited vodafone store twice taking out time from busy schedule but did not get a solution. They seem to be in no mood to attend a customer complaint but to charge the monthly rentals.
